Discordianism by Proxy

“Let others bring order to chaos, I will bring chaos to order.” – Kurt Vonnegut (as told to ‘Kilgore Trout’ in a fictional interview)

I (too) often try to play out scenarios in my mind as I believe they will unfurl in real life based on worst-case conditions. Most of the time they are resolved in totally unexpected best-case ways. I don’t believe in any form of spiritual, religious, new-age or whatever power controlling/guiding my life that would explain this, but over the decades I’ve found it very interesting how often things seem to work out for the best.

About Marcus

Who me? Introverted, neurotic, self-absorbed, increasingly cynical observer of human nature and part time social critic in hiding. Most of my life spent avoiding growing up. The naive idealistic passions of youth have evolved into the eclectic eccentricities of adulthood. Northeast Florida small-town native, related to people I can't relate to. Simultaneously my own best friend and worst enemy. Politically and spiritually unaffiliated, my personal ideologies put me all over the map or off it completely.
