(No comments even with the mangled grammar – why do you let me get away with it?)
When did “show me the money!” (no, I’ve not seen the movie but word gets around) turn into the most important phrase in the
electoral political process? Every time elections come around the Charlotte Observer(and I’m sure every other newspaper tabloid) runs some big, fat article about who is leading the pack in terms of building up their campaign finances. What does the amount of money a candidate gathers have to do with the validity of their message? Do the people who write this stuff (and their editors) think one has anything to do with the other? Do they think we are that stupid gullible?
Wait. Don’t answer that.
