pimp my ride?

What marketing brainiac came up with the idea of pairing Lee Iacocca and Snoop Dog in Chrysler commercials? As an owner of a ’60s era Mustang, I still (grudgingly) have respect for what Lee did at Ford back then, but am now wondering if we will see him in a new PT Cruiser outfitted with a hydraulic/pneumatic system bouncing the front end several feet in the air.

About Marcus

Who me? Introverted, neurotic, self-absorbed, increasingly cynical observer of human nature and part time social critic in hiding. Most of my life spent avoiding growing up. The naive idealistic passions of youth have evolved into the eclectic eccentricities of adulthood. Northeast Florida small-town native, related to people I can't relate to. Simultaneously my own best friend and worst enemy. Politically and spiritually unaffiliated, my personal ideologies put me all over the map or off it completely.

  1. That’s so 1980’s..
It’ll have a 1 foot diameter exhaust pipe, wheels from a Connestoga Wagon, a weed whacker engine in place of the 4 banger (oh, with a expensive air intake), 15 DVD players and screens everywhere, no trunk space because of the speakers, and a permamently reclined seat. And everything will have faux diamonds on it to make that “oh so trendy “blingBling” statement.
Buncha idgets – next they’ll ressurect Al Jolson to sell the new Challenger.
